On Monday, March 30, 2026, Oyunjalgal, Principal of the New Mongol College of Technology, paid a courtesy call on President Wakahara. Professor Daimon and Project Associate Professor Nohara from the Student Support Center were also present.
Since 2019, 34 students have transferred from the New Mongol College of Technology to our university, and seven of them--who will be transferring into their third year in the 2026 academic year--were present at the courtesy call. President Wakahara encouraged the new students, saying, "Don't leave things you don't understand unresolved, don't keep your worries to yourself, make lots of friends, and take advantage of the community and networks of your seniors. I hope you will study hard here, enjoy your student life, and spread your wings as outstanding engineers in the future."
