Research
Solid catalysts are essential substances for chemical industries and environmental protections. The main subject of our research group is development of heterogeneous catalysts and their reaction systems for environmentally-friendly synthesis of chemical materials and detoxifying of environmental pollutants. Our current projects include research and development of
(1) Plasma-activated catalytic reactors for decomposition of volatile organic compounds
(2) Solid catalysts for hydrogen production via low-temperature steam reforming of biomass ethanol
(3) Molybdenum-based catalysts for partial oxidation and oxidative dehydrogenation of organic chemicals
(4) Automobile catalysts with high thermal stability
