Theme1:Multifunctional Active Integrated Array Antenna (AIA) for Next Generation Wireless Communications
Overview
Self-oscillating active integrated antenna (AIA), capable of converting dc power to electromagnetic waves for direct radiation to space, has been suggested as a futuristic antenna
design solution. AIA has found applications in wireless power charging system (WPT), multicarrier radio frequency identification (RFID), and Internet of things (IoT) systems. A careful literature survey reveals that up-to-date, there are just few studies on multi-functional AIAs, dramatically against the anticipation. Thus, this research is devoted to analysis, modelling and design of advanced AIAs.
