Project outline:
The program aims to support collaborative schemes among universities, research institutes, companies and other entities, to enhance the research abilities of female researchers, and to actively promote their appointment to higher positions. Outline of our scheme:
Nagoya University, in collaboration with Nagoya City University and Toyohashi University of Technology (Toyohashi Tech), will establish the Aichi Female Researcher Support Consortium, with the assistance of collaborative enterprises, namely Toyota Motor Corporation, Aichi Association of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Nagoya City, and Aichi Prefecture.
This scheme is designed to implement female researcher leadership programs, research ability enhancement seminars, etc., to establish a database of female researchers and introduce an internship program in partnership with collaborative enterprises, with the aim of promoting female researchers to higher positions and strengthening their research abilities.
