Charity Action in Laos -Dr Kesiny, Toyohashi Tech's Alumna gave donations for Great East Japan Earthquake

On March 26, 2011, a charity concert was held in Vientiane High school in Laos for the Great East Japan Earthquake, and many donations were collected.
And Dr Phomkeona Kesiny, one of Toyohashi Tech's alumni and currently a faculty staff in National University of Laos sold T-shirts specially designed, and gave all earnings to Japanese embassy in Laos.
She kept selling the T-shirts in many places after the concert, and gave 2,500 USD as donations to the embassy.
