2 doctoral course students are participating JSPS's HOPE Meeting

Mr Mohammed Elsayed Shahien, Doctoral Course student in Mechanical and Structural System Engineering and Mr Yuki Ueno are participating JSPS's HOPE Meeting held in March 7-11, 2012.

HOPE Meetings is held by Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and gives opportunities to excellent graduate students selected from countries and areas in the region to engage in interdisciplinary discussions with Nobel laureates and other distinguished scientists pioneering the frontiers of knowledge.
It is hoped that the experience the students gain at the meeting will inspire and motivate them to become excellent scientists able to shoulder the future of science and technology in the region.

Mr Shahien is completing his Doctoral course and he is supposed to obtain the Doctoral Degree (Engineering) in the end of March 2012.
