"The Future of International Cooperation in Engineering Education " -ICCEED Symposium commemorating its 10th Anniversary

On November 15, as part of the event commemorating the 35th Anniversary of Toyohashi University of Technology and the 10th Anniversary of ICCEED (International Cooperation Center for Engineering Education Development), a symposium entitled "The Future of International Cooperation in Engineering Education - Toward Strengthened Inter-university networking" was held under the sponsorship of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) in Lecture Room, A-101, in the University. A total of 201 attendees (175 from inside the University and 26 from outside the University) participated.
At the Symposium, in addition to the introduction of the international cooperation projects conducted by ICCEED, a number of invited talks were given by six overseas speakers who have close connections with Toyohashi Tech and currently have important roles in various areas of education and industry in their mother countries. Then active discussions took place covering the development of desirable inter-university relationships in terms of future engineering education.For more details:
