"TUT EXPO 2018" held on July 6

17 Jul 2018

The Institute for Global Network Innovation in Technology Education held an International Exchange Day, with the aim of carrying out engaging international exchanges between Japanese students, faculty members, international students, and foreign faculty members.

This year, "TUT EXPO 2018" was held on July 6, with the TUT Expo Executive Committee (TEEC) formed by volunteer students from the Global Technology Architects' Course taking on a central role in running the event.

On the day of the event, international and Japanese students gave out tea and confectionery from various countries, and introduced their countries and regions to passers-by.

Some students also put on a show using the hall's stage. Spectators were able to watch martial arts demonstrations, performances and dances by students from Vietnam, Malaysia, Mexico and Indonesia, and got to experience something they don't usually see in everyday life.

The venue saw around 400 visitors come and enjoy themselves, with the event being in full swing right up until its conclusion.
