Toyohashi University of Technology signs a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Musashi Seimitsu Industry

Toyohashi University of Technology has signed a comprehensive exchange agreement with Musashi Seimitsu Industry (located in Toyohashi City in Aichi Prefecture) that focuses on promoting joint research, skill development and personnel exchange.

The agreement aims for comprehensive collaboration and cooperation between Toyohashi University of Technology, which has a mission to become a base for collaboration between industry and academia, and Musashi Seimitsu Industry, a manufacturer of vehicle parts, on the promotion of research in various fields, the mutual development of skilled workers who can contribute all over the world, and personnel exchange.

The president of Toyohashi University of Technology Mr. Takashi Onishi and the president of Musashi Seimitsu Industry Mr. Hiroshi Otsuka signed the agreement and spoke about the significance and their expectations for the future at the signing ceremony held on October 18.

TUT and Musashi Seimitsu Industry have interacted with each other for a long time, through joint research that professors and engineers conduct individually, and Musashi Seimitsu Industry's internships and employment opportunities offered to current and former students. With the signing of the agreement, we will begin our joint research in 5 fields such as the use of AI and new materials, interaction between teachers, students and company workers will increase, and we anticipate the continued promotion of our collaboration.
