15 Sep 2017

On Wednesday September 13, the University of California, San Diego's Director of International Affairs Ms. Michelle L. Hermas paid a courtesy call to TUT and attended the signing ceremony.

The University of California, San Diego is one branch of one of the world's biggest universities, the University of California, and is widely renowned in both sciences and humanities. It is a state-owned university that boasts a high level of education, with many of the teachers having won the Nobel Prize, and the school itself turning out many recipients of other world-known prizes.
Vice President Inoue and several TUT teachers also attended the signing ceremony and signed the exchange agreement.
There was a lively exchange of opinions at the post-ceremony event on student exchange and research collaboration, and it was an extremely valuable opportunity to deepen our engagement.
