Directors of Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (Taiwan) visited TUT

Two directors of Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office, Republic of China (Taiwan), Mr. LIN,Shih-Ying (Education Division) and Mr. Lu- Sheng Hong (Science and Technology Division) visited Toyohashi University of Technology (TUT) on July 20, 2016.

This visit was implemented because Taiwan - Japan University President's Forum, Dr. Takashi Onishi, TUT President attended.
They had a meeting to exchange opinions about further exchanges between higher education institutions in Taiwan and TUT, with Dr. Takashi Onishi, President, Prof. Mutsuteru Inoue, Vice President, and some professors.
After the meeting, they visited the Center for Human-Robot Symbiosis Research and Electronics-Inspired Interdisciplinary Research Institute in a campus inspection tour.

We hope to promote partnerships between higher education institutions in Taiwan and TUT in the future.
