The principals and teachers paid a courtesy call to Dr. Takashi Onishi, President, on the first day. Dr. Akira Ohgai and Dr. Mitsuteru Inoue, Executive Trustees, Vice Presidents, and the Institute for Global Network Innovation in Technology Education (IGNITE) staff members were also present during the visit.
They exchanged greetings and their opinions about the education system of each country and their future cooperation.

The program participants received an overview of the Top Global University Project by Professor Takaaki Takashima, and had a meeting about Toyohashi Tech's future plan with IGNITE staff members.
After the meeting, they visited EIIRIS, RCAB Farm, and university library on campus tour.

On the following day, after an inspection of international student life style in Toyohashi City and around the university, the participants had a friendly talk with Toyohashi Tech's international students.
On the final day, they visited Toyota Motomachi Plant, and had a meeting with Toyohashi Tech's alumnus working there.

They had limited time for their visit, but it was a valuable opportunity to deepen understanding of the educational environment for international students in Toyohashi Tech.
